Returns

Please, note that sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing or fit. If you have any questions about the style, please reach out our customer care team before placing your order. 

All of our swimwear or underwear are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return. You have to follow these steps:

a. Send an email to y@yo-mas.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.

b. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label ($15 fee that will be deducted from your refund*) and the return invoice that you have to print and attatch to your package.

c. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded.

 The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at y@yo-mas.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.
