RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Final Sale Items
All sale items, swimwear, and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes sizing or fit issues. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact our customer care team at y@yo-mas.com.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  • All original tags must be attached

How to Return

  1. Email y@yo-mas.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and return instructions. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Securely package your item(s) in their original condition and include the return invoice provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To request a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order. If applicable, contact us at y@yo-mas.com and we’ll assist with refunding any additional shipping costs from your replacement order.
